The Jacques Martel Foundation shares the Nice Opera objectives of opening up the Opera to the greatest number of people, especially children. It is therefore with great pride that we supported the participatory opera, « L’Arche de Noé”, directed by Eric Oberdorf.
During a participatory opera, the audience is invited to interact with the stage, thereby reducing the distance to an art form often considered to be reserved for a well-informed public.
“L’Arche de Noé” was presented at the Nice Opéra on 24 and 25 June 2023.
There were lots of children in the audience – mission accomplished!
We were delighted to offer tickets to families supported by our partner Association LEA.
After the performance, the families were pleased to visit the backstage area and meet the artists. It was a lovely moment of joy and sharing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Nice Opéra for its action, its welcome and its kindness, as well as Perrine Martel, President of the Jacques Martel Foundation, for being there for them.
